Hi Community,
I have my CSA exam planned on last week of December 2025.
I have completed my course on Xanadu version and preparing using the e-Book and Lab exercises.
Can someone suggest me do i need to do some prep on Zurich version as well? If yes, then please send me some documentation to go through.
Thanks in advance.

Hi @RohitDhilor,
not Xanadu and nor Zurich.. it's Yokohama actually :)) Refer to this: Training and Certification release dates
But don't you worry too much, the sets of questions are not radically different between the releases.. a few questions might be updated but it's still CSA which aims to the basic concepts of ServiceNow.

Hi @GlideFather
Thanks for your response.
But as per the latest Exam scope (screenshot attached below) there is slight change in the percentage of topics.
Can you help me with the latest e-book to refer as per this scope. It looks like the one I am referring is older version. Thanks in advance.
