Under closure information tab in a SNOW incident, what does CWT mean (why not CWT). I assume it's something about why not in SLA.

I think its a custom field created in your instance, i would check why its being created first and is there any logic built around this.

1. I checked in my PDI and did not get any field with the name Why Not CWT. So could you please tell, me how you got this field in your instance means

Is created by the user?

or table name where this field exits

or have you activated any plugin which brings this field 

 

2. if you check on internet there is nothing come in docs for me.
