Developing for Flow Designer Course (Yokohama) stuck at 96%?

I've worked through the 3 modules of the Flow Designer curriculum for developers (Using Flow Designer, Developing for Flow Designer and Notifications for Flow Designer), but for some reason Developing for Flow Designer has a section that will not stay "completed".  I can click on it and scroll through the content like any other section, but it will not stay save as completed, so it will not show as me having completed the course.  Has anyone run into anything similar and have a resolution?

 

Also I can't find an effective way to create a case/ticket for support of this course?

Hi @daviddaniel 

A course may show as incomplete when the content is not fully viewed or covered—such as videos not being watched entirely. Also, please check what percentage is being shown. You need to open each piece of content one by one and make sure you go all the way to the last line or the final second
