Start building your network—connect with people on LinkedIn, attend ServiceNow events, and see if anyone can help or refer you. Also, keep learning.
Currently, many in-demand courses are available for free on Now Learning. Start with those and begin building your portfolio.
Just having CSA or CAD is not enough—you need to strengthen your profile further. Consider adding certifications or experience in HRSD, GRC, or CSM products to make your CV stand out.
