In From when I was precising by mistake I Disabled the Short Description fill. How can I Enable.

I trust you are doing great.
To re-enable the "Short Description" field on a form in ServiceNow, you can follow these steps:
- Navigate to the form where the "Short Description" field has been disabled.
- Right-click on the form header and select "Configure" > "Form Layout".
- In the "Form Layout" page, you will see two columns: "Available" and "Selected".
- Find the "Short Description" field in the "Available" column.
- Drag and drop the "Short Description" field from the "Available" column to the desired location in the "Selected" column.
- Click the "Save" button to save your changes.
The "Short Description" field should now be re-enabled and visible on the form.

Sorry but did not get your question completely. We disable the button not the field. Could you please provide some screenshot to understand better.
If the field is hide, please check the UI policies.
