Micro-Certification Simulator Task 3 – Comment Not Detected Bug

Hi Team,

I’m taking the “Welcome to ServiceNow (Xanadu)” Micro-Certification and got stuck on **Assessment Simulator Task 3: Create and Comment on a Record**.

I followed all the steps correctly:
- Created the incident with the given description and short description
- Set impact, urgency, category, subcategory, assignment group
- Pasted the exact comment:
“The software group is investigating similar incidents and will respond when they have a resolution.”
- Used the “Additional Comments (Customer visible)” field
- Clicked Submit

But I keep getting the error message:
**“Did you add and post a comment?”**

Kindly help me reset this task or fix the simulator.

I see Incident-> New Record on the snapshots. Did you click on submit so that the Incident is created and saved. You should see the comments also under Notes section as added. Unfortunately these snapshots show Incident still in creation phase only (not saved).
