Good afternoon everyone,
I recently changed companies and associated my Now Learning account with a new email address. I have access without any problems with the new email address and all the certifications are listed. The thing is that when I search for my certifications associated with the new email address in "Verify ServiceNow certifications" they still appear associated with the old email address and it's been a couple of weeks. Any ideas? Does anyone know where I can open a case with ServiceNow?

@tomaslindev The best. way to resolve this issue is by raising a case with Now Learning support team. To raise a case you can login to https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp navigate to Help Center tab and raise a support case.
Now Learning agent will map your profile with new email and this change will reflect on Verify ServiceNow certification too.
