There are different reasons for such an error message:
- The course is only available for partners. In that case, you have to log in first before opening the page
- The course is not available anymore at all. The is not unusual as ServiceNow is permanently rebuilding the courses and therefore no course remains in the portal for several years.
- The course is still available but for another family release. In that case perform a search for the title to check the results.
