Hey Guys,
I am facing an issue with overriding the default binding in the event rule. The issue is that we are also getting some CIs that are not extended by hardware table, and our OOB event rule is not able to map them in the alert. Eventually, incidents also do not have CIs.
So, I am thinking of making a new event rule but cannot figure out how to override the default mapping only in that case.
And how can I bind this, like CIs that have different classes which are not extended from hardware, such as storage clusters or DNS? How can we handle this?
