ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Voucher

 I have completed the ServiceNow Certified Application Developer learning cource on 19th March 2025 and I got the voucher as well but while claiming that voucher it is asking 150 USD $. I am not sure why it is asking like this. And aslo I got 300 credit points, So it's actually should show 0 USD right. Could you please help me on this and resolve my issue as soon as possible.
