Exam cancellation fee

Hello, i have to cancel my exam due to illness. Unfortunately, I have the exam tomorrow and in the event of cancellation I have to pay a fee. 
My question is whether it is possible to avoid this fee if I have a sick leave?

Try to reach out to ServiceNow concerning this. Create a personal Now Learning case. This way, ServiceNow employees will have a look at your question.

Hi Larson,

First chat with 'https://kryterion.force.com/support/s/contactsupport?language=en_US' and ask them to postpone your exam due to sickness, if they don't write email to 'certification@servicenow.com' and give them proper reason. You can also try to create support case from 'https://nowlearning.service-now.com/'. Mark my answer as correct if that helps.

Okey, but I should just cancel my exam now and wait for response or just leave it like this and dont show up for exam? Thanks for help!

Don't cancel , first chat with https://kryterion.force.com/support/s/contactsupport?language=en_US people, they will guide you what to do, I have converted my onsite to online exam so definitely they will guide you, chat with them right now.
