Exam cancellation fee

Hello, i have to cancel my exam due to illness. Unfortunately, I have the exam tomorrow and in the event of cancellation I have to pay a fee. 
My question is whether it is possible to avoid this fee if I have a sick leave?

Adding to my last reply, don't ask them to cancel, instead ask them to reschedule. thanks

They just told me i have to wait for response frome servicenow certification, they can reschedule my exam but I still have to pay reschedule fee. Or i just can wait for reaponse from servicenow and leave it like this and still wait for response and if its positive then I should have oppurtunity to Save date without any payment. So my wuestion is if they usually consider such cases positively?
