Hi,
I failed today for my CSA exam:
Topic Level Scoring:
Topic 1: User Interface & Navigation: 50%
Topic 2: Collaboration: 80%
Topic 3: Database Administration: 82%
Topic 4: Self-Service & Process Automation: 61%
Topic 5: Intro to Scripting & Application Tools: 62%
I was hoping for some tips here where to put my focus on? and what is the best way to do this ?
Does anyone also knows what the passing percentage is for this exam ?

Hi there,
Where did you get these percentages from? Maybe webassessor got an update, though I don't remember that topics and percentages are provided as feedback. In the past you would only get pass or fail after taking an exam?
Or was this not a webassessor exam?
Passing percentage: unknown. You might get responses like 80%, though that's unconfirmed by ServiceNow and just rumours.
If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.
Kind regards,
Mark

ServiceNow ensure that the content in Now Learning course covers everything so do that course religiously as many in my network have talked of how the pattern of questions now have more options to keep you confused and focused on use cases specific to the business needs we often encounter at work.
Having hands on interaction with the platform will form the bulk of your preparation. As far as studying goes, every topic in ServiceNow fundamentals should be duly reviewed. Don’t memorise the answers but research all the topics you aren’t confident in. The mistake is to expect dumps to be exactly the same as the CSA exam. They aren’t but the topics and content are.
Dont rely on dumps a a means to pass certification. It can affect your performance in the main exam. Questions are often curated and differently worded in main exam so may or may not be repeated, so its better to practice with as many possible to avoid surprises. This is where practice and coverage of exam scope comes handy so that we are not caught by surprise. Always look to the exam blueprint to ensure alignment with exam scope. You should prepare by taking the official fundamentals course on Now Learning, playing on a dev instance to get hands on, dive into ServiceNow community, docs.servicenow.com

Hi,
I have calculated, the average is 67% you scored. In 2023 Aug today I wrote CSA, my average is also same. The result is not passing percentage. The topics are updated.
