Exam Voucher code

Hi Team,

i have finished the path required for ServiceNow Fundamentals (the required courses and the activities to be perfomed on the simulator as well).

All my badges are published now (i have shared even my profile); and wanted to prepare to book the exam (as i found the voucher in "MyVoucher " tab.

but, at this level, i didn't get the code of the voucher (to be able to schedule my exam), it's like i have to purchase it (i expect to receive the code to be able to get the exam voucher for free). is there anything missing that i need to do?

Hi there,

Only if you are a ServiceNow partner, after completion of the on demand ServiceNow fundamentals course, you will receive a voucher. If you are a not a ServiceNow partner, after completion of the on demand ServiceNow fundamentals course, you can buy a voucher.

Hi There, I have completed the ServiceNow Fundamentals On Demand course. I Can see the expiry date next to the course completion, which is correct. But I cannot view the voucher. I am planning to take up Certified System Administrator certification but it asks me to enter the voucher code, which I don't have currently. Looks like without this voucehr I cannot take up the certification. How do I complete the payment without voucher and schedule the exam.

Hi,

You have to obtain the voucher to take the certification exam the first time. You'd want to login to Now Learning and then access "My Vouchers" from within your profile and complete any pre-reqs and then pay any fees to obtain the voucher code.
