Exam Voucher code

Hi Team,

i have finished the path required for ServiceNow Fundamentals (the required courses and the activities to be perfomed on the simulator as well).

All my badges are published now (i have shared even my profile); and wanted to prepare to book the exam (as i found the voucher in "MyVoucher " tab.

but, at this level, i didn't get the code of the voucher (to be able to schedule my exam), it's like i have to purchase it (i expect to receive the code to be able to get the exam voucher for free). is there anything missing that i need to do?

Hi Team,

thank you for your replies and excuse my late response as well; i don't know how to do to be a partner of ServiceNow? it's the only way to have this voucher for free ? (as i plan to do a lot of certifications for that reason i need free vouchers 🙂

even i have completed the path for ServiceNow Fundamentals, i cannot get a Badge (at the finish); and with this badge i could get the voucher for free ?

There is only a free voucher for CSA (after the on demand course) if you are working for a ServiceNow partner. So seeing your remark which I copied here... it doesn't work that way. There are no free vouchers for all certifications.

Thank you for your response. So i nned to be a servicenow partner to have the voucher for free, otherwise, i should pay to be able to schedule the exam (even i finished the path for Servicenow Fundamentals).

Another question please, there is no badge after the completion of the path ?

Farah,

As Mark has mentioned a few times...there is only a "free" voucher if you're employed with a ServiceNow Partner...and that's ONLY for the sys admin exam. If you don't know what a ServiceNow Partner is, you aren't employed with one then.

Outside of that, there is no other "free" vouchers. You can take the on-demand self-paced course, but you have to pay for the exam after that. You can take the virtual/instructor course, which cost more, and that comes with a voucher, but it's not "free"...you paid for it with the course.

Regardless of you wanting to take a lot of certifications, there is no justification for "free" vouchers, haha. Nice try though...

The badge gets unlocked once you get your certification...which will be awarded in your NowLearning account 24 hours after you've passed the exam.
