Expired Certification

Hello all,

so I logged into my nowlearning / webaccessor account and my CIS - ITSM certification is now expired (since 4th aug).

I finished the Rome delta for this certification in december.

If I wanna renew this certification, do I need to pay and go through all of the content + classess again, or can I just register for a new exam in webaccessor ?

or is there a way to just do the San Diego delta after 3rd august ?

Hi,

the last date to complete San Diego Delta was 4th August and hence your certificate expired.

I believe you need to take the complete course again and then buy the voucher and give the exam.

thanks for the response, are you sure about needing to complete the whole course again ? The CIS - ITSM mainline certification is available to me through webaccessor and this is what I found in the terms & conditions:

,,7. Applicants with an expired certification status may re-enter the Program by successfully completing and passing the applicable ServiceNow certification exam.,,

to me it seems like it should be enough to order & pass the mainline exam again based on this point, but ofcourse its not 100% clear what ,,re-enter the program,, means. Does it or does it not reactivate the certificate...

With every family release you have to complete delta exam, since you have completed Rome delta and not san diego delta hence your certification got expired, Last date to give San diego delta exam was August 4th hence showing expired. Now nothing can be done and you have to take Main exam again.

Guys thanks for the answers, I know the certicate is expired, I want to know If I can just order the exam via webaccessor (it seems its available for me there), or do I need to go through all of the classess and paid courses again (I completed them years ago). Thanks
