Expired Certification

Hello all,

so I logged into my nowlearning / webaccessor account and my CIS - ITSM certification is now expired (since 4th aug).

I finished the Rome delta for this certification in december.

If I wanna renew this certification, do I need to pay and go through all of the content + classess again, or can I just register for a new exam in webaccessor ?

or is there a way to just do the San Diego delta after 3rd august ?

You can enroll for exam again if you have voucher or ready to pay amount again , if you want free voucher then check with your organization. I suggest if you are ready to pay go ahead and re-enroll for course again so that can get updated. Feel free to mark my answer as correct if that helps

Do you mean that I DONT need to go through the certification path outlined in NowLearning again (multiple courses worth 3k$+), but instead I can simply log into my webaccessor and order the mainline certification (300$), and if I pass that my certification status goes back to Active ?

Yes you are right , no need to attend any training, you can enroll for exam, prepare thoroughly, pass exam and get the certification

Thanks for your help. Im sorry for writing multiple messages, but I just simply was not sure if we both meant the same thing & ofcourse the official servicenow info regarding this is very vague / nonexistent.

I have an expired CSA, since last year October, I didn't write the delta exam, please do I need to start a fresh with another exam?
