filter navigator not displaying on the left side of the screen

I have a basic question, but I can't find the answer.... 

On the ServiceNow page, I'm used to the filter navigator being on the left side of the screen. Well, not anymore. If I refresh the page, I see it for a moment, but then it disappears again. You only realize how often you use something when it's gone.... Do you know how I can get that filter navigaotr fixed on the screen again, and staying there?

Did you clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again?

Did you click All and it should show the left nav where you can type

Then you can pin it so that it remains

left nav.gif

I got it fixed by clearing the cache of the browser I run Servicenow on, close the browser afterwards and start it agian. 

Hopes this may help others as wel!
