Filter Navigator Disappeared

I am running locally a new instance from track and the Filter Navigator does not appear and I cant seems to get it back - it seems that the all screen just showing some report and there is nothing else - I tried some different URLs to my local instance and nothing helps.  Any ideas?  I also dont see any settings, user menu etc.

This is all I see and cant get to a filter navigator on left - I can access the database directly if I have to change something.

Have you tried to logout and login.Also clear the cache and let me know the result after that

This issue seemed to be with Maria jdbc driver connection to local mysql database - and currently it seems that it only connects to the deprecated mysql@5.6 and fails and throw exceptions with other versions.
