I forgot my ServiceNow Inkling account password

Go to ServiceNow’s Inkling Library  and follow the instructions below: 

  1. Click Forgot password
  2. Enter your username 
  3. Enter your answers to the security questions.
    NOTE: If you do not remember the answers to your security questions, please create a support case. Refer to Submitting a Support Case for Assistance.
  4. Enter a new password
