Hi, I'm brand new here and I am looking for the right forum to report typos in the T&C agreement document; anyone have a clue?
For reference:
- 2nd page 2nd paragraph fulfil should be fulfill;
- 5th page 2nd paragraph indemnitees should be indemnities.
Much obliged for any assistance,
Francois

Hi @FP_SN
welcome to the world of ServiceNow!
When it comes to RFF (request fulfilment), nobody knows how to spell it correctly 😄 but what I have learnt is that one version is American and other is British, so both exists!
- "fulfil" (single l - British)
- "fulfill" (double l - American)
I cannot see what text do you refer to, but I guess that ServiceNow is American and it should keep the consistency, however it is a global company and the conditions might have been authored by non-American author...
Regarding the "indemnitees" versus "indemnities", it is difficult to get it out of context 🙂 perhaps you could share more than the words for getting the picture.
EDIT: Quick search indemnitees as well as indemnities both exists, so it really depends on the overall context.

Hi @FP_SN
It's tough to say that these are just spelling mistakes — this is mainly due to different language settings.
As per ServiceNow, the Now Create Locale deck explains this, and the same applies here.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

It at all there are any documents that are proofed and vetted multiple times for any industry/organization then they are T&C agreements. So, I think we should not be worried much. 🙂
