ServiceNow training Instance is not coming up and stuck in 'Restarting' state for long hours.

Even 'Instance Termination' is also not working.

Any other alternate way to bring up the instance ?

The Lab instance can take 20–30 minutes to restart in many cases. However, if it's still not working and even the "Terminate Instance" option doesn't help, try clearing your cache and logging in through a different browser. If the issue persists, please log a Now Learning case—our team will guide you further.

Thanks Atul for your suggestion.

I waited for more then 1 hr , even after that also instance didn't come up. I tried terminating the instance, that too also didn't work.

Let me try with clearing the cache and logging in through  different browser.

I tried both the below suggested options , but none of them worked.

1. Restart and Terminate instance not working

2. Clear the cache and run on different browser

1st delete the username n password of your lab instance it's violation.

 

Now last optin log a now learning case mate or try again might be next morning.
