Hi @ABDELHAQ

CSA is 2 steps

1. Training: Yes, it is mandatory for anyone or everyone to complete this training. Now question about fee.

If you are working with any ServiceNow partner company, then you can get this training free of cost ( Your company already has an agreement with SN) , if not then you need to pay USD 300 plus taxes.

2. Voucher : After completing training , you will get an email to claim a voucher and the same condition applied. Voucher cost in also costs USD 300 plus taxes.

Total $600 plus taxes if you are not working with a partner company.

You can get CSA within 70$ till 2024

While ServiceNow certifications are becoming increasingly expensive, many are still unaware that you can achieve the ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification for a surprisingly low cost.
