From the Problem record submitted in a previous activity, were you able to add it to the My Requests

I am not able to add/visible my created problems to "my requests" Freeform board, hence my course "validate task" is failing.

Hi @RameshA87294647,

To have your created Problem records appear on a Freeform board and pass the validation task, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Visual Task Boards > Create New.

2. Select Freeform Board.

3. Rename the board to "My Requests".

4. Go to Problem > Assigned to Me and select all relevant records.

5. From Actions on selected rows, choose Add to Visual Task Board and select your newly created board.

   

6. Save the board and confirm your Problem records are now visible

   

That should allow your Problems to display correctly and help you complete the course validation task.
