Activity performing is as follows
1.Changing Admin to Impersonate User
2.Menu-Pin
3.Favorite-Knowledge
Followed all step properly,cleared cache multiple times.
Also logged out instances multiple time but still it doesnot work,any trick here

I know this post is a bit older, but I've noticed similar validation issues raised by other learners in the Community. One common cause is that the lab instance doesn't match exactly what the simulator is expecting, even when the steps appear to be completed correctly.
