Guidance on ServiceNow Micro-Certifications

Hello Everyone,

I am looking to pursue a few ServiceNow Micro-Certifications but have been unable to locate the correct courses on the portal. Could someone confirm if these are currently available and, if so, share the appropriate links?

The micro-certifications I am interested in are:

1. CMDB Discovery Micro
2. Workflow Builder Micro
3. Agile Management Micro
4. ITOM Micro

Additionally, if anyone has completed these recently, I would appreciate any insights on your experience. Thank you for your guidance.

Just to clarify:

• CMDB is part of a Micro-Certification; Discovery is mainly included within the mainline exams and broader platform certifications.

• Workflow is covered under the Flow Designer Micro-Certification. You can find more details here:
