Hi, I am Mitch Jarvis and I am a Service Now administrator for Arbonne. I have been working with Service Now for four years. I am hoping to learn about how I can leverage Hardware Asset Management to better manage the assets in our organization.
Good morning! App Support Engineer here from UC Santa Barbara. I have been working with the NOW platform for about 1.5 years now, so I have some experience. I am attending this class to prepare for our CMDB rollout and what comes after. I expect to learn how to manage my hardware assets on servicenow so my org can better prepare for upcoming maintenance or replacement of equipment.
I am Jessica Callenback, and I work as a Senior Engineer in End User Services for Hawaiian Airlines. We implemented two years ago and I manage process for Request and Incident for all EUS functions. We don't have HAM in place and I hope to learn enough to successfully implement in the next year.
I've been administering ServiceNow since 2009! And were just now getting around to implementing Asset Management properly. Sadly, we've been 'doing' Asset Management in our CMDB. It's time to unwind the damage and do it right.

Hello! I'm Jeff Zahorchak, Manager of Enterprise Applications at Select Medical based in Mechanicsburg, PA. My team manages the ServiceNow platform for approximately 55k users across the US. Were live on Istanbul right now, upgrading to Kingston in June. We're currently live with ITSM and Service Catalog, and are planning to roll out SN HAM to replace several legacy asset managment solutions in Q4 2018.

I am attending the class because our company is moving from HP Asset Management to ServiceNow Asset Management and I am the lead PM for the ServiceNow side. I want to get a good understanding on the correct way to set up and convert assets into ServiceNow HAM.

I'm Kim Ivey-Bourne. I work for the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG). I have worked in the IT division of UNCG for over 10 years, but I am new to the role of Business and Data Analyst and ServiceNow. We went live with SN a little over a year ago. We are in the process of implementing our CMDB, and I will be responsible for maintaining its data quality. I will also assist with asset management, which is why I'm here. From this class I just expect to get a general sense of how to keep up with hardware assets in SN.

We started to work on ServiceNow on September 2017. One of the current projects is to fix hardware asset management operation in SN. Hello, I'm Tim. I started working with Servicenow last August helping to get our Proof Of Value setup so that we could get approval from leadership to purchase it. I have been the primary Servicenow Administrator ever since. I have been responsible for designing and implementing the functionality of the system, troubleshooting it, and managing our outside consultants for some of the more difficult to complete tasks such as integration with our DMS system.
I hope to get an understanding of best practices for HAM because we will be implementing CMDB and then hardware asset management.
