Hi All,
I know this is likely something someone form the NowLearning support team needs to resolve ( I have raised a case ) but figured I'd try here anyway since that service is is incredibly poor/slow.
I've completed the HAM Fundamentals, got the badge, got the email saying "You are now eligible for the CIS - HAM" voucher and under My Profile --> Vouchers no voucher to be seen.
Is this a known issue with HAM? Or have I just been unlucky?

Hey Masa,
Thanks for the reply. For atleast this year the process has been:
-You take an On Demand Course
-You receive eligibility to purchase a voucher
-You purchase the voucher through NowLearning
The ability to purchase the voucher is what is missing here for the HAM course. I have two other colleagues who have also got the same issue - specifically with the CIS - HAM voucher. So it looks like this is an issue with the course that the dreadfully slow NowLearning support team can address....

Hi, Mike Herron
If you took the course, HAM Fundamentals "On Demand",
you can only get the eligiblity to get a CIS - HAM exam voucher.
Therefore, you need to pay for a voucher in addition.
