Hello,

I completed my CSA Learning Path, but when I try to register for the exam, it is asking me to pay $354. I was expecting to receive a voucher after completing the learning path.

Could you please let me know how I can obtain the voucher or if there are any additional steps I need to complete?

there is no free voucher / exams… so only option is to pay if you want to take the exam

Hi mate,

It is expected here, as only training are free of cost but for exam you need to pay if you are not working with partner company.

Also there is no discount or free voucher or exam available you need to pay for this buddy.

you will hate to hear it but it's correct. There are no vouchers available anymore (effective after Nov 2025) and  exam is a subject of payment (300 usd + taxes).

Training which is a prerequisite to that exam might have been for free but tak schedule the exam it is paid.

PS: vouchers when they were relevant they were never for free either. Eligible doesn't mean it's for free.

Since Nov'2025, Servicenow has migrated to the new exam vendor, Pearson VUE.

The concept of vouchers is no longer valid.

If you are part of partner company , still you need to pay by Learning credits/Credit card (300$ +tax).

AS per Credentials - Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mainline Exam Blueprint - Knowledge Portal.

Step 1: Register for your exam 

• Registration = payment. This step secures your exam attempt. Learning credits and credit card payments are accepted. Instructor-led training completion includes one free exam attempt. Discounted exam pricing may be available through associated company benefits.  

• Click here to register for the CSA exam. 

• You can register at any time. Once registered, you have 90 days to schedule and complete your exam. 

• Exam fees are non-refundable. Register only when you are prepared to schedule your exam. 

Step 2: Schedule your exam 

• Click here to register for the CSA exam. Note: ServiceNow provides reasonable accommodation to individuals with disabilities or English as a Second Language (ESL) while taking the certification exam. 
  
  
• Schedule within 90 days. After registration, you must schedule your exam appointment and complete your exam within 90 days.
