Hello,
I completed my CSA Learning Path, but when I try to register for the exam, it is asking me to pay $354. I was expecting to receive a voucher after completing the learning path.
Could you please let me know how I can obtain the voucher or if there are any additional steps I need to complete?
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Shekhar

Hi @RavishekharS,
Congratulations on completing the CSA Learning Path!
Typically, the CSA exam voucher is provided as part of eligible training purchases or partner programs, rather than being automatically issued simply by completing the learning path in Now Learning.
A few things you may want to check:
- Verify whether your CSA course enrollment included an exam voucher. This is usually mentioned in the training details or purchase confirmation.
- Check your email (including spam/junk folders) for any voucher-related communications from ServiceNow.
- Review the "My Learning" and "My Certifications" sections in Now Learning to see if a voucher has been assigned to your account.
- If your organization or employer purchased the training, check with your internal training coordinator or administrator.
If you believe a voucher should have been included but you are still seeing the full exam fee, I recommend opening a case with ServiceNow Certification Support. Include your Now Learning account details, course completion information, and a screenshot of the exam registration page showing the payment amount. They can verify whether a voucher has been issued or if any additional steps are required to activate it.
Hopefully it's just a voucher-assignment issue that can be resolved quickly.😉
If you find my answer useful, please mark it as helpful and correct. 😊

ahoy @SohamTipnis,
vouchers are not issued anymore after November 2025... thus there's no need to check for the CSA enrolment details, checking the spam folder in the mailbox and neither the My Learning section. They just don't exist...
Also FYI, the platform is no longer called Now Learning, I think it was renamed at the Knowledge 2025 to ServiceNow University..
Since you are copy pasting this message to many threads, it would be good to use the relevant and up-to-date details rather than to bring confusion with legacy process and irrelevant information. What do you say?
---EDIT---
and what's ServiceNow Certification Support? Never heard of it, do you mean the Help centre at the SNU?
A community that tolerates cheaters and ignores collusion isn't a community . RIP

Hello @GlideFather, nice talking with you after a long time!!!
Yes, there are some flaws in my answer, and some of the information I mentioned is out of date, so thank you for letting me know. I answered a similar question previously, but it was a long time ago, so I will undoubtedly change my response and the relevant information!!
Thanks once again !!!👍

Hello @RavishekharS — as mentioned by other community members, the CSA exam is no longer free and now requires payment.
You may check with your organization to help with Learning Credits to cover the exam cost.
Please mark this helpful if it addresses your question.

Vikram Khatri.
