My first post. After taking my training on welcome to service now and micro-certification-welcome to servicenow. I hope to come back to the post this time next year and see how much I have grown. Anyone has an ideal what I should be doing, while waiting for recruitment teams!

While waiting for recruitment opportunities, the best thing you can do is keep practicing in your PDI, build small use cases, and explore core areas like ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, and basic scripting. Try answering a few community questions, write about what you learn, and work toward CSA or a micro-cert in your area of interest.
