Did you create and save the incident? You only shared the UI Policy screenshot, but there’s no information about the incident that was created.
Help needed i am performing Lab 7.1.1 create UI Policy from the CSA but the policies are not working

Hi wondering if anyone can she some light. i have recreated lab 7.1.1 up until creating the UI policy and actions, but i cannot get them to work when creating an incident the two fields do not appear.
appreciate any suggestions , including a screen grap of the UI policy

Hi Nikki @nbaz,
have you tried to save that incident? To have it displayed right after the conditions are satisfied and without saving, it would require to have onChange Client Script.
Please share the incident with the right conditions before and after you save it

thanks, Yeap tried creating the incident and saving. The lab 7.1.1 does not require any onChange client script . It just has the steps to add the new fields to the incident list which i have and then create the UI policy with the two actions to make the two fields visible on the incident when the incident has the required input .. i have re-created all the steps and still didn't work..
I'm not sure what i am doing wrong here ..i have attached the incident.
any help would be amazing!
