Help needed i am performing Lab 7.1.1 create UI Policy from the CSA but the policies are not working

Hi wondering if anyone can she some light. i have recreated lab 7.1.1 up until creating the UI policy and actions, but i cannot get them to work when creating an incident the two fields do not appear.

 

appreciate any suggestions , including a screen grap of the UI policy

Hi Nikki @nbaz,

 

have you tried to save that incident? To have it displayed right after the conditions are satisfied and without saving, it would require to have onChange Client Script.

 

Please share the incident with the right conditions before and after you save it

Did you create and save the incident? You only shared the UI Policy screenshot, but there’s no information about the incident that was created.
