How can I become a Certified ServiceNow Trainer?

I have been a Senior ServiceNow Trainer / L&D Consultant / OCM Lead for over 10 years. After getting laid off this Spring I have a possible opportunity, but one of the job requirements is: 

• Proven experience as an authorized ServiceNow Trainer, approved through the ServiceNow Authorized Training Partner (ATP) program or previously on the ServiceNow public schedule.

I have looked everywhere in ServiceNow University and I cannot find any path to be an authorized ServiceNow Trainer. 

Can you please provide more information? I thought this program was discontinued.
