Certified ServiceNow trainer

Hi Everyone,

can somebody explain to me the steps that need to be taken to become a certified ServiceNow trainer?

Over the last 4 years I have delivered a lot of (end)user training for my previous company KPN/getronics but now I would like to become certified in order to give   my recently started company Improve Knowledge more body 🙂

Hello Ben,

I never heard of "Certified ServiceNow trainer"; I don't believe it exist. There are two certificates that can be obtain from ServiceNow which are:

Hi Faisal,

thanks for your answer. The "Certified ServiceNow trainer" was mentioned in one of the blogs/discussions about training and that made me curious. I also have received a reply from Ben Sweetser and he directed me to Faez Ahmed so I will contact him.
