How can i change my name in webassessor account.

  Can anyone provide me the solution to change my webassessor account name.

Hi @RRSampathS 

You can log in to WebAssessor, go to your profile, and see if you are able to change the test date or not. If not, then please contact WebAssessor support.

Login Username/Email ID, Legal First Name and Legal Last Name. These 3 fields are frozen and cannot be changed when you edit your profile. If your name is not correct as per the ID then two approaches to get this resolved.

1. If you have not obtained any certifications and if it is a new account then I would suggest you get a new account created with different email id and the correct first and last names.

2. If this is an existing old account where you have credentials already against this profile then the best solution for you is reach out to Kryterion Support with necessary documentation (ID Proof) and get it updated. Please see attached snapshot for details of Kryterion Support.
