Hi Everyone,
I am reaching out to the community team for an urgent escalation regarding an active Now Learning support ticket that hasn't been assigned yet. My scheduled exam date is June 19, 2026, which is just around the corner, and I am hitting the policy deadline window.
Case Details:
Case Number: CS0622082
Exam: Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Current Appointment Date: Friday, June 19, 2026
Original Order/Invoice: 0079-5649-0250
The Issue: Due to persistent technical compatibility issues with my hardware/webcam environment, I cannot pass the OnVUE system check. I need to change my exam delivery mode from Online (OnVUE) to Onsite (Physical Test Center) and move the date to July 8, 2026, to align with my testing center travel to Asaba.
The Webassessor/Pearson portal states this exam cannot be modified or canceled via the web, forcing me to rely on a manual administrative override via support.
Because June 19th is almost here, I am terrified of missing the 72-hour rescheduling window and forfeiting my exam attempt. Could a community moderator or training admin please look into my case and escalate it to the certification team?
Thank you so much for your urgent help!

Hello @ObiomaI
Your situation sounds genuinely stressful, especially with the deadline approaching so quickly.
Since you already have an active support case, I would recommend reaching out through that case and asking the assigned representative for the appropriate email or contact. They will be in the best position to guide you and help move things forward.
In the meantime, you may want to consider rescheduling the exam to a later date yourself. Even if the portal indicates that the delivery mode cannot be changed online, postponing the exam could buy you some additional time while the support team works on updating your delivery method. This may help ensure that you do not lose your attempt if the 72-hour window expires before the issue is resolved.
I hope everything gets sorted out quickly. Best of luck with your exam!
Hope that helps!
Thank You!
