How can I reset my progress for "ServiceNow Fundamentals" path on now learnings?

Hi guys,

I need to know if I can un enroll from a course at now learnings to reset the progress.

I need to reset the "ServiceNow Fundamentals" path and complete it again to get new voucher purchase link.

My existing voucher purchase link will expire in 10 days. 

I need to extend it validity by completing the course again.

Any suggestion will help.

Actually I do not want the voucher to be extended. Last year the "ServiceNow Fundaments" on demand path was available free of cost and had completed it but did'nt purchase the voucher.

Now as the voucher is going to expire in next 10 days, I don't want to rush for exam.

Instead I tried to the enroll the on demand path via another account but now the content has to be purchased for $300 USD. 

I am not sure whether the voucher cost is included in this or voucher needs to be purchased separately after path completion for another $300 USD.  

If this is the case then with new account overall cost of CSA certification will be $300+$300 and with old account will be only $300 but need to complete the exam before 31st Aug, which seems tough job.

Let's see by when NowLearnings get back on this and provide me with clarity.

Maybe a weird thought, though just sharing 🙂

It would be cheaper to just use the voucher you've got instead of letting it expire. A re-take exam is "only" $100 (+ TAX).
(re-takes can be done without a voucher, obviously re-takes are only available after having done an exam and failing it)

Hi,

You know you can use the voucher...but schedule the exam for far out and keep rescheduling it over and over...and you never lose it.

I've done that a few times myself.

The voucher window for purchase may be near expiring, but once paid and used...you control all of that through Webassessor and can keep bumping it out.

At this point, if your concern is around the voucher expiring before you get to use it, you can purchase now, since you're wanting to obtain the certification and then scheduled as far out as you can in Webassessor.

If that date nears (review 3 days or more prior to exam date) and you still aren't ready, you can easily reschedule it (for free) and push it out further.

Rinse and repeat as necessary.

Your idea is good enough i had thought of considering this, but I came across the statement in certification FAQ's.

It states that exam needs to be completed during the vouchers lifetime. I have attached it here please review it.
