How can I reset my progress for "ServiceNow Fundamentals" path on now learnings?

Hi guys,

I need to know if I can un enroll from a course at now learnings to reset the progress.

I need to reset the "ServiceNow Fundamentals" path and complete it again to get new voucher purchase link.

My existing voucher purchase link will expire in 10 days. 

I need to extend it validity by completing the course again.

Any suggestion will help.

Hi,

Yeah, I can see where that contradicts what I'm saying.

Unless they've changed things...like...very, very recently, I'm not seeing how Webassessor (which is outside of SN) would "recall" your exam registration back after using the voucher.

Another question you can ask within your case ticket, actually.

I've recommended the "technique" I've said above in numerous threads and have even had SN training employees mark it as Helpful and say that that would be fine.

But again, totally can see your worry there.
