Hi everyone,
I'm currently preparing for the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam and would love to hear from those who have successfully passed it.
Could you share your study strategies and resources? Specifically, I'm interested in:
- Study Materials: What books, courses, or online resources did you find most helpful?
- Study Plan: How did you structure your study schedule? Any tips on balancing study time with work or other commitments?
- Practice: Did you use any practice exams or quizzes? If so, which ones would you recommend?
- Challenges: What were the biggest challenges you faced during your preparation, and how did you overcome them?
- Advice: Any general advice or tips for someone preparing for the CSA exam?
Thank you in advance for your insights and help!

Hi @MayankGupta77 ,
Go through the NowLearning course, which provides a comprehensive guide to help you get certified in CSA. Complete the labs available in the course.
Practice live scenarios in your PDI.
Review previous year's questions available on Google and YouTube.
Thanks,
Pradeep

Begin a SN trainer, I can echo with @Pradeep Thipani @Sandeep Rajput
As per me:
Ebook is best and source of truth. Read ebook 2-3 times and also do labs 2-3 times by reading line by line , bcz questions are come from there only.
One of my viewer said, CSA exam was tough , it is more on scenario based , so follow the basis mentioned in ebook.
Dont rush for all chapters in 1 day, 1 chapter 1 day, and same lab. Also , try to read more on docs and other places to clear your doubts.
examtopics is good site to revise but don't think all answers are correct , so read and verify.
Good Luck mate.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
