How long does it take for the voucher to show up once I completed the ServiceNow Fundamentals?

I saw a section called "voucher" should appear once I complete the course, however it does not show up.

I received the email saying I completed the course.

Has its location changed again?

As per the new exam vendor, candidates do not need to be voucher. They can book the exam directly and pay by card, or, if eligible, have it covered by the partner side.”

Since Nov'2025, Servicenow has migrated to the new exam vendor, Pearson VUE.

The concept of vouchers is no longer valid.

Once registered, you have 90 days to schedule and complete your exam.

I actually could book with no fees. Under "My Learning" > Exams > Book Exam, the price turned into 0.
