How to build Catalog workflow

In csa course i have tried the workflow building as given in the ebook. But still it is not working properly.

Could anyone find mix.

Please share what did you configure, what debugging did you perform

Share some screenshots.

It should be an easy task and you should be able to achieve it by following some youtube videos, blogs or ServiceNow docs
