I am working through the Performance Analytics Micro Certification. Following the instructions, I have added three breakdown sources to a dashboard. The instructions were to practice filtering, by those three, which didn't work. So the next instructions were to enable the widget to follow the dashboard filter, but I don't see how to do that. I have searched for the answer, but have not found an answer that makes sense or that I can follow. For example, I read instructions that said to select the Edit Widget icon () and then select Follow Interactive Filter. But when I click on the icon, this is what I get:
What am I doing wrong?
Thank you for your help!
Louise

Hi AndersBGS
It's a training offered by ServiceNow
Here's my original post
"I'm working on "Performance Analytics (PA) Simulator - Micro Certification" And I'm stuck on "Modify and Share the Incident Management Dashboard" In "Step 2" "Edit the New incidents by Priority widget to report on a larger time period by applying a Time series such as Month to date AVG or Week to date AVG" I cannot find the "Option" or "Settings" button to edit the widget. Can someone please help? Not sure why is it made this hard? It had become more of time consuming and counter intuitive.

Hi @Community Alums ,
got it. When you’re trying to locate the edit button, is that from dashboard level or are you open trying to locate the widget through list view pa_widget?
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.

That's interesting question @AndersBGS
I try through the "Dashboard" level. Please see attached image
I don't know how to navigate through "list view pa_widget"

It's all good now, I figured out from your previous answer.
It should not be edited from the "Dashboard" level
It should be edited from the "Widget" level
That resolved the issue 🙂
Thanks!
