Hi Community,
I’m trying to register for a program and it’s asking me to provide a link to my ServiceNow University (Now Learning) learner profile (screenshot attached).
Does anyone know where I can find the profile URL in Now Learning? I looked around my account but couldn’t locate a direct link.
Thanks in advance!

To find your ServiceNow University (Now Learning) learner profile URL, here are the steps:
Method 1: Direct Profile Access
1. Log into Now Learning (nowlearning.servicenow.com)
2. Click on your profile picture or name in the top right corner
3. Select "My Profile" from the dropdown menu
4. Once on your profile page, copy the URL from your browser's address bar
Method 2: Through Your Learning Dashboard
1. Go to your Learning Dashboard in Now Learning
2. Look for a "Profile" or "My Profile" section/link
3. Click on it to navigate to your profile page
4. Copy the URL from the address bar
Method 3: User Settings
1. Navigate to your account settings/preferences
2. Look for a "Public Profile" or "Profile Settings" option
3. There may be a shareable profile URL listed there
The profile URL typically follows a format like:
If you're having trouble locating it, you can also:
- Contact ServiceNow Support through the platform
- Check if there's a "Share Profile" button or link icon on your profile page
- Look in your account/user settings for profile sharing options
Make sure your profile is set to public or shareable if the program requires external access to verify your learning credentials.
