Hi @chaudharyg1 ,
Not sure what you have done in this step (i assume its the CMDB health simulator), you might have deleted the duplicate record, try creating a new duplicate record which was deleted or go to "Deleted Record" from the navigation(in your lab instance) restore or undelete and try Task 9 steps again.
