CMDB Health Micro-Certification Simulator (Yokohama) (Course) / Task 09: Remediate Duplicates

I've tried to complete this tasks but my Correctness tab is way off. What do I need to do to remove those incorrect CI's.  Followed the process to delete the newest OWA record but that still shows up as well.

I've gone thru the links provided before. At this point I need to understand if there's a way to totally reset this task.

You may have to terminate the practice instance and get new one and start from the beginning, But this time make sure you go through all the steps carefully.

Sometimes system shows passed but there is possibility you might miss a minor step and that causes trouble in the next LAB/Lesson.

Double check when you click verify.
