I am unable to create a bar chart from the Priority column.

I tried to create a Bar chart from the Priority column for a selected group of incidents and was unable to. i have attached a screen shot.

Are you an Admin User?

Are you able to see Content Menus when clicking on Priority Column? If yes, then what issue you are facing exactly?

You are trying to create from SOW, which is not possible, try the same from normal list view , you can create.

I am trying to complete a microcertification, not an SOW. I am unable to see content menus from the priority column. If I cannot finish this portion of the test, I am unable to continue the training. Please assist me with this. Thank you
