I'm making the assumption that you're working through the List and Filters task as part of the Welcome to ServiceNow course...

 

All of these tasks should be completed as Platform User and I can see from your screenshot that the current user is System Administrator.

 

I put together some notes on this task - check out [Lab Validation Notes] Welcome to ServiceNow (Zurich): Lists and Filters to see if this helps you resolve the issue. If not, let us know which validation error(s) you are receiving as this will provide a starting point for troubleshooting.
