Hi Jenifer,
It would be to get more context on what you are looking for and why.
To take a case the most simplest use case for SerivceNow and Jira would be to support updates from one ticket to another ticket on the second platform.
We had a requirement once when a request was created and it was deemed as development work to fix then we had a UI action built so the the team can create a JIRA Ticket in which the development teams would pick up the work.
Any updates made to the jira ticket would be pushed to request work notes.
Hope that helps.
Please mark my answer correct and helpful if this resolves your issue.

Hi there,
Here are some scenarios:
1. You update something in ServiceNow/Jira, POST that same update to a card in Jira/ServiceNow
2. You view something in ServiceNow/Jira, GET data from a Jira/ServiceNow card/user/etc

Hi Jenifer
I'm working as a pre-sales engineer with Exalate.
Exalate was designed for use-cases like this, it's the bread-and-butter of it.
One of Exalate's features, apart from syncing tickets bi-directionally, is a full integration between servicenow and any jira deployment.
The entities will out-of-the-box be fully bi-directionally syncronized, which means, if a field gets updated on either side, it will automatically update on the other side, you can change this to make it uni-directional if you so please.
Exalate is easy and straightforward to set-up and you can control exactly which data you want to send and/or receive.
If you would like to see a customized demo of the product, please book a slot.
Cheers

Hi, Jenifer. Can you, please, specify? There are plenty of use case scenarios - snow incident to jira task; snow problems to jira bugs, snow sc tasks to jira tasks and etc. from my practice, we often have to execute the 1st one - incident to task use case (via particular tool, zigiops).
