I need help in List and filters task

Hello, 

I was doing the task of list and filters and did all the requisites.

By mistake, i changed the the state of all 1- Critical Priority to IN PROGRESS. 

Is there any option to change the instance into the state in which the changes are not made.

The above condition gives you records that have changed recently, and then you need to update them manually.

Hello @kashishtyag ,

I believe there is no other way to restore all incidents to their previous state automatically. You will need to manually filter the affected incidents and update their state from the list view. You can also refer to the Audit History of the Incident records to identify the previous state and update accordingly.

 

Apply filters such as:
Updated by = your name
Updated on =  (as per your time ) today
