I want to cancel the exam and reuse the voucher again

Hi, 

Can we cancel the scheduled exam and reuse the voucher again. 

As I want to deactivate one webassessor account, I want to cancel the exam and reuse the voucher again. Please let me know is it possible.

Hi,

Additionally, just to ensure you're doing things appropriately, you can submit a case via the "Help" header menu within the Now Learning portal and they can confirm that cancelling the exam opens that voucher back up. I've always been hesitant to do that and just reschedule the exam for a time that works and when you pass, you can always have that certification moved over to the appropriate account.

So you can cancel now and hope that the voucher is reusable (it may be).

Or submit a case via Help menu in Now Learning and confirm, just to be sure (although they do take some time to get back to you).

Did you cancel your exam, and if so were you able to re-use the voucher after cancelling.

I am thinking of cancelling and re-using the voucher because i booked an Online instead of an On-site version.

you can submit a case via now learning and have your exam changed to onsite.
